Physician Assistant (PA-C) – Licensed in NYS
Gastroenterology

Seeking an experienced and licensed Physician Assistant (PA) for a well-regarded Gastroenterology Practice in Brooklyn.
We take pride in delivering outstanding care to patients from the Brooklyn Area. We use an outstanding, versatile EMR that is customizable and optimized to care for patients.
Must be licensed in NYS.

Responsibilities:
- Examining patients, documenting medical history.
- Formulate diagnosis, clinical assessments.
- Managing patient problems
- Order diagnostic tests, interpret diagnostic and laboratory test results.
- Prescribing treatments or medications.
- Monitoring responses to treatments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Position requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Registered as a Physician Assistant in New York State
- At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience with a high level of independent decision-making, in medical field
- Willing to train in the field of gastroenterology
- Ability to use EMR effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $70.00 – $100.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
